Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 September 2026. This policy explains how CloseBoard (“we”) handles information on https://closeboard.live.

1. Who this covers

CloseBoard is a private-beta analytics product. Dashboard access is limited to authorized operators. This policy also applies to visitors of our public pages and to people who connect a TikTok account through TikTok’s official APIs.

2. Information we collect

• Account login. Email address used to authenticate to the dashboard, plus a session cookie so you stay signed in.
• TikTok data you authorize. If you connect TikTok via Login Kit / Display API, we may receive identifiers, username/handle, avatar, and public video insights such as view counts and related metrics that TikTok permits for the scopes you approve.
• Technical logs. IP address, browser type, and timestamps for security and debugging of the website.
• Content you upload in the product (for example media you choose to analyze or manage), if you use those features.

3. How we use information

We use this information to operate CloseBoard, authenticate you, display analytics for accounts you connect, keep the service secure, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use TikTok data to build independent profiles of people who are not the connected account holder, and we do not use TikTok APIs to serve ads.

4. Cookies

We use an HTTP-only session cookie named closeboard_session to keep a logged-in operator signed in. Public marketing pages do not require this cookie. You can log out from the dashboard to clear it.

5. Sharing

We share data with TikTok when you use their login/API (your authorization happens on TikTok’s site). We may use infrastructure providers that host closeboard.live. We disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service.

6. Retention

Login sessions expire. TikTok tokens and analytics are kept while the account remains connected and the operator uses the Service, then deleted or anonymized when you disconnect or request deletion, unless we must retain records for security or legal reasons.

7. Your choices

You may disconnect TikTok from the dashboard, log out, and request deletion of your CloseBoard data. See Data deletion instructions. Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data; email bunsble@gmail.com.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. International transfers

The Service is operated from servers used by CloseBoard. If you access it from another country, your information may be processed where the Service is hosted.

We will update this page when the policy changes. The date at the top is the latest revision.
