Last updated: 4 September 2026. These terms govern use of the CloseBoard website and dashboard at https://closeboard.live (the “Service”).
CloseBoard is a web application that helps operators analyze TikTok account performance. Contact: bunsble@gmail.com or admin@closeboard.live.
The Service is not open for public registration. Access to the dashboard at /app is limited to authorized operator accounts. You must not attempt to create an account, share credentials, or access the dashboard without authorization.
CloseBoard provides analytics and related tools for TikTok accounts that you connect through TikTok’s official developer products (including Login Kit / Display API, where enabled). We may also show insights you already store in CloseBoard. Features can change during the beta.
If you connect a TikTok account, you must comply with TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Terms. CloseBoard is not TikTok. TikTok may revoke API access at any time. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or enforcement actions by TikTok or ByteDance.
You are responsible for the accounts you connect, the accuracy of information you provide, and keeping login credentials secret. You must not use the Service to access anyone else’s TikTok account without permission, to violate applicable law, or to abuse TikTok APIs.
CloseBoard, its branding, and its software remain our property. TikTok content and trademarks remain TikTok’s. You keep ownership of your own content; you grant us a limited license to process it only to operate the Service for you.
The Service is provided “as is” during private beta, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy of analytics, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloseBoard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Service or TikTok APIs.
We may suspend access at any time. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion instructions.
We may update these terms. The date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
